The temperature in the pools are also lukewarm, and there’s even a historical bathhouse built in 1867, along with a large pool fitted with a 400-foot waterslide. This particular hot spring is adults only, and visitors can also use the sauna and steam room.

Situated within the old Chaffee County courthouse is the Buena Vista Heritage Museum It’s run by a non-profit organization and helps in preserving the area’s history.
