  • Departure Location: Buena Vista Outpost

  • Minimums: 16 years old*
    Previous rafting experience recommended
    Good physical condition required
    Minimum 4 people. If less than 4 please call, we may be able to add you to an existing trip.

  • Trip Season: May 1st – August 15th

  • Trip Cost Includes:

    • Wetsuit Package (wetsuit, splash top, booties)
    • Camping equipment (Dry bags, tents, chairs, coolers, tables, etc)
    • All food starting with lunch the first day and ending with lunch the last day
    • All rafting equipment and guides
    • Transportation to and from the river and our outpost
  • What you need to bring
    Personal items (clothes, toiletries, etc)
    Sleeping bag (available for rent)

*Minimum age, weight and river section are subject to change based on water levels and individual qualifications. Pine Creek high water cut off is 1200 cfs, please call for river conditions.

Advanced Colorado Overnight Rafting

This trip is for experienced paddlers and adrenaline seekers over 16! On this two day Arkansas River overnight rafting trip you will raft through the infamous Pine Creek class V, Numbers class IV and Browns Canyon class III sections.

Day one is action packed starting up at the Granite Gorge and making your way through Pine Creek and the Numbers. This section is narrow with steep drops and pour overs. Pine Creek rapid itself is a continuous 1.5 miles long rapid dropping 200 feet per mile.

You will camp towards the top of Browns Canyon in the National Monument wilderness area. After getting to camp you will have time to celebrate, explore, hike, fish or just relax as our guides prepare a feast for your group.

After a good nights sleep, under the stars or in a tent, you will continue your rafting adventure through Browns Canyon National Monument. There are still many fun class III+ rapids to come during the final leg of your voyage!

Day 1

  • Meet at our Buena Vista Outpost at 9:30 am
  • Gear up and meet your guides
  • Hit Pine Creek
  • Stop and enjoy a riverside lunch prepared by your guides
  • Hit The Numbers and Narrows
  • Camp in Browns Canyon National Monument
  • Free Time: hike, explore, fish, play games or just relax
  • Enjoy a delicious dinner prepared by your guides
  • Catch some ZZZs under the stars or your tent (provided)

Day 2

  • Wake up to a delicious breakfast prepared by your guides
  • Take a little more time to enjoy camp
  • Pack up and launch
  • Stop for another great riverside lunch
  • Hit the rapids one more time
  • Arrive back at our outpost around 3 pm
