Attention thrill seekers! This trip is designed for those looking for a bit of challenge. On the Numbers 2 Day overnight whitewater rafting trip, you’ll have the opportunity to experience all of the excitement that the Numbers 1/2 Day, Numbers Full Day, Browns Canyon 1/2 Day and Browns Canyon Full Day trips offer, and so much more. On day one, we begin your journey with the heart pounding, Class IV+ Numbers and Narrows section of the Arkansas River. We break mid-day for a much needed, riverside lunch prepared especially for you by your highly skilled guides. Post lunch, you will continue onward to one of our remote campsites, in Browns Canyon National Monument. Enjoy games, hikes, fishing, or just relax while your guides build your entire camp, and prepare a feast for you. Our typical dinner begins with appetizers of gourmet cheeses and meats. Our main course choices include steak, chicken and vegetarian options with sides of fresh vegetables and salad. We use top quality ingredients purchased from local meat and produce providers; we always try and keep it local and organic whenever possible. And what is a multi day rafting trip with out a dutch oven desert! We are always happy to accommodate special dietary needs and special requests.
On day 2, our guides will repack camp while you enjoy a hearty breakfast. Next, you will continue through Browns Canyon National Monument! The Arkansas river is truly beautiful, with breathtaking views of Colorado’s famous fourteen thousand foot peaks, and of course, fun rapids. Break again for a delicious riverside lunch and get to know your guide and the area just a little more! Typically we will be back to our outpost around 4 pm, though if you have any time commitments we will do our best to customize your trip to your needs.
